Table of Contents
The following is a catalog of the pictures that have been scanned and
a brief explanation. Unless otherwise indicated, assume names are listed
from L to R. Pictures have been grouped whenever possible, based on
various factors. For example, in the "Memories" scrapbook, pictures
are grouped according to a number printed on the back. Presumably,
those with the same number were taken at the same time.
Initials used in descriptions: WCP, PGP for William C. and Pauline Pringle.
WRP, THP, and KCP for the children, William R., Thomas H., and Kathleen C.
To view these pictures, use some sort of image viewing program.
If you don't already have such a program, you can download one from
the Internet.
If you don't already have such a program,
there is a shareware version of "Paint Shop Pro".
You can use this program to view the pictures.
A simple way to determine what you have available is to double click
on the file name of one of the pictures.
That should cause some program to display the picture.
However, if your browser tries to display these pictures,
you won't be able to see the entire picture.
You will need to use a program that can zoom out so that you can see
the whole picture.
All pictures were scanned using a UMax Astro 1200S scanner at 600dpi,
100% size, and with the default settings for B/W Photos, (contrast and
brightness at zero) unless noted otherwise. Notations in quotes were
located on the front or back of the picture.
